By submitting an order you agree to our terms and conditions, which are based upon current main online shopping regulations. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
All goods are subject to availability. We will endeavor to inform the customer of any items that are unavailable as soon as possible.
We have taken care to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.
The image of items may look differently on each customer's monitor or digital environment.
These terms and conditions apply for all promotions. Discounts codes are offered for single use by one customer/email address only and according to the details of the stated offer. The codes will be valid for a disclosed time period and after this time cannot be claimed. More than one code cannot be applied at the same time.
Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders and Goods Not Received
If the goods are damaged or are not what you ordered, we are happy to accept return and/or exchange/refund. Exchange is bound to availability.
Breakage claim will only be accepted for the item being damaged on delivery, and the claim submitted in three days from the date of delivery. Please contact us with the sufficient explanation and proof of damage, such as picture of the damaged item on delivery day. The claim for damage made after use won't be accepted.
All original packaging and damaged items must be kept until the claim has been reported and appropriate action decided.
Any box that arrives damaged can be signed for as such and retained (remember to report in three days time), or alternatively, the goods can be refused and subsequently returned to us. See Shipping and Return page.
Notification of Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders and Goods Not Delivered should be made by email via Contact form on the website and it should be made clear if replacements or a refund are required. Once the conditions have been met, our obligation will be to issue replacement goods for non-deliveries and damaged goods. Refunds are at our discretion.
We accept online payments through Stripe. All prices are inclusive of VAT and we reserve the right to amend prices otherwise stated. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges as quoted on the delivery page of the website and also on your order confirmation. The displayed price on the order confirmation is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days from date of delivery provided you or the recipient notify us within this period and the goods remain unused. The item will have to be retuned to us within the next 14 days from cancelation.
You will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. A refund can only be given provided for items canceled in 14 days, and on inspection, are in unused and re-sellable condition. See Delivery and Return page.
Intellectual Property Rights
The service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of two persimmons. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
We will not be liable in respect of customer or third party recipient failure to comply with product safety instructions resulting in willful damage to/or loss of whether direct or consequential to personal property.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, two persimmons assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted.
